Check-in time is any time after 3 PM (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier then we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. The recovery house reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests who do not follow or comply with our policies.
Checkout is at 11 AM. Depending on your departure time you may be able to stay in the house but rooms must be empty at 11 AM on your check out day. Transportation to the airport on your last day is subject to driver’s availability if your flight is later than 11 AM.
Transportation included in the price covers Airport and Clinic (for surgery and follow up consultation only).
Airport transportation is only available to and from Miami International Airport on regular hours, from 6 AM to 10 PM. We can provide transportation for flights leaving after regular hours for an extra charge of $25.
There is no transportation available on Sundays, but a cab or Uber will be called on request.
All of our rooms are doubles. If you’d like a single room accommodation please get in contact with the staff for pricing.
All deposits are non refundable. In event of a cancellation we will honor your deposit for ONE YEAR for rescheduling.
Rescheduling request should have at least one-WEEK notice to avoid additional charge.
If a patient would like to cancel their recovery service once they’re in the recovery home, a two-night stay will be charged and the rest will be refunded.
Assistance for Life urges you to avoid bringing valuables to the premises. We are not responsible for any personal property. Recovery house staff is not authorized to accept any property for safekeeping.
Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or anything important that we should keep in mind.
Our staff is not a medical staff but they will do their best to assist you in your recovery process.
